Fine Print:
Plan for 2000 guests.
Bathroom facilities, handwashing stations, first aid station and general trash collection will be provided.
You must provide your own tent (weighted), table and supplies.
Once you register, we will email you regarding how much space you need, if you will be providing an activity, or if you will be providing candy.
No items should be sold at the event but do advertise who you are! Feel free to give out swag, flyers, discount coupons or vouchers.
Register by September 30th to be included in print advertising, by October 11th for most social media advertising.
Registering constitutes an agreement to these terms.
