Food Insecurity is Real!
Our Downtown Businesses Want to Help!
The cause is vital; the competition is vicious!
Here's the details:
1. Sign up. Your $20 goes towards a pot of money for the food bank.
2. Whoever wins will have a fancy check delivered to them by Bigfoot with photo opportunities and a silly trophy! That check will be donated to the food bank on your behalf! You get advertising, marketing, camaraderie and competition.
3. In the meantime, collect food at your business. Much needed items are cereal, easy to make pasta and rice dishes, and canned goods.
4. Take the food to the food bank periodically or all at once. They will weigh it. Submit a picture of the receipt they give you to us. We'll keep track of everyone's progress. Check their hours here: Dallas Food Bank
