We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday at Dallas Event Center. It’s a Filipino tradition to celebrate a daughter’s 18th birthday, and one of the highlights is the waltz she taught. Lora is a fantastic dance instructor, and having her event space together with her dance expertise is the perfect combination.As an event manager, she made everything run smoothly — always calm, positive, and fully supportive. She truly went above and beyond to make the celebration special.I also appreciated that we could choose our own caterer (unlike other venues that require you to use theirs). The place itself is elegant, Victorian‑style, and beautifully maintained. There’s a kitchen, a second floor where guests can relax if the crowd gets overwhelming, and an upstairs room for getting ready.It’s the perfect venue for any special event.
